Fresh Strawberry Milk
Ingredients
A glass full of fresh strawberries with stems removed- washed- if you want the milk to be thick like a shake, use frozen strawberries and it will.
the same glass full of milk- full fat is always best- use about 3/4 of a glass of milk if you are using frozen fruit and if you want it thick.
2-4 Tablespoons sugar or honey, to taste
Add all of the ingredients to the container of a blender and blend well.
Top with whipped cream if you wish. Enjoy!
